ANGEE and GENESIS - training in the artillery fortress
called Bouda
 
In September me and
Genny participated in
another training with firemen from Pardubice region, which
took place in the artillery fortress called Bouda. First we
were dropped down into 11m deep circular shaft (object for
withdrawable rotable cannon tower). After getting down our
task was to go 3 floors down and search the tunnels. We
found one seriously injured person, who was consequently set
free and brought up by firemen. It was a perfect training
which gave us a lot of new experience.

Later also
Angee tried searching. She has already started
with training and likes it very much. She is not afraid of
dark spaces or wreckage. Angee is very skillful. Hopefully
she will be next bearded rescuer
 .

ANGEE and GENESIS
- visit
of Max and Alex
 On
Saturday Alex with Angee's father Max visited us. Although
the sun was not shining we enjoyed a beautiful autumn walk. Photos

After demanding walk Angee fell asleep in arms of Premek.

GENESIS - training of all cynologists - rescue dogs from all
over the Czech republic
 In
the days of 3.-5.9.2009 in the region of Pelhrimov
took place a training of all cynologists - rescue dogs from
all over the Czech republic, in which I participated with
Genny. From our rescue team of Pardubice took part in this
action also Hanka with Nelly and Klara with Simon.
Altogether there were more than 30 participants with dogs
that are predetermined for rescue and searching actions
within the frame of the integrated rescue system. Part of
the training was also practical exercise in villages
Chvalkov (ruins and wreckage) and Ondrejov (terrain).
 On
the first day of the training we went through teoretical
part and got acquainted with outline of the training. All
Friday till the night took place practical training, in
which was examined cooperation of cynologists with their
dogs-rescuers whose task was to seek through a specific area
of ruins or terrain and to find cluttered or lost people-figurants.
We cooperated with a special team of the fire brigade of the
Czech republic - USAR team (urban search and rescue
team), that manages to get all found and injured people fast
and safely from the wreckages and ruins and to carry out
first aid and transport to
 subsequent
medical help.
Our aim are wreckages and ruins so we were searching in a
former destillery where occured an explosion and five people
were missing. The first training took place during the day
and the second one at night. Genny was very skilful and
found all missing persons (2x 4 persons) both by day and at
night. It was very valuable training for Genny's attestation
and we thank the organizers.
